Josh Kotel is a multi-disciplinary product designer specializing in user-centric behavioral design processes and brand identity.


Josh studied psychology at the University of Leeds, England, and graduated from Purchase College in New York. He is currently a candidate of SVA's Products of Design MFA, expanding his hands-on digital and physical prototyping and agile methodologies.


In 2018 he started unikkatt, designing and fabricating wooden pet products out of his studio in Brooklyn. Josh is currently based out of Bedstuy, where he lives with his wife, son, and dog.
