Rethinking Pet Healthcare

This project taps into a central problem for pet owners — the problem of organization. Whether it's managing incoming and outgoing documents, scheduling checkups, addressing unexpected medical concerns — owners can struggle to stay on top of it. Through careful market analysis, research, and multiple rounds of user testing, I designed an app to helps users stay on top of these challenges.

Insight

Pet owners trust vets to manage their pet's health, but desire transparency and autonomy. They're dependent on systems they can't access and availability they can't control. Situational necessity is just as valuable as trust.
